Happy New Year!!

Happy New Year my lovely runners!!  I hope 2016 has started out with a bang, or hangover, depending on how you spent New Years Eve.  As for myself, I have spent the first two days of 2016 reflecting on what I hope to accomplish in the next year (as well as partaking in a few glasses of wine).  As far as reflection goes, I basically just hope to grow as much as I possibly can in the next year.  This isn't just limited to the business side of things (although having my business grow would be an amazing blessing) but the personal side of things.  I hope to become a better coach and trainer.  I hope to become more educated in all areas of fitness and nutrition.  I hope to grow as a physical therapist and provide my patients with the best care possible.  So how do you hope to grow this year?

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!
